Receiving notification for OINP Master Graduate Stream

Hi,

Is there any website/system that sends you notifications when the OINP Master Graduate Stream opens for applications?

And generally, any other tips on how to be aware when the system opens? How many times in a year does it usually open? And what times of the month/day?

Any useful information/experience would be appreciated.
