Receiver address of RCMP record

Are we allowed to request send the RCMP report to friend's address who is in Ottawa or Toronto, then use the FEDEX OR UPS courier in this way it will be fast than using regular canada post. Thanks for advice.

Not sure how the RCMP check works but I had that done with my Australian PCC.

Instead I had a relative scan it to me rather then courier, as you only really need the electronic copy anyway....

I did my Canadian police certificate through an accredited company and i had the option to chose to whatever address i want the RCMP to send it to. It is your right to put whoever you want as long as you trust the person.
Also you can put the CIC processing center in Canada for direct delivery.

Thanks for your reply. I am going to order another one from Accredited company and last time I order it in local police office. I have been waited for almost 1 month and I have no criminal backfround...

I did it with the company called xl id solutions, it took 3 days for rcmp the process it and send it back the company take the finger print paper and submit it electronically.
If the police certificate is submitted in paper, it will take long time to process.
It costs me 250$ for the fastest service available. Including the company scaning the certificate and sending me a copy.

Hi,
I wanted to know that does RCMP re-send the report to the correct address? I provided my fingerprint on 30-Jan-2021 and came to know that report has been bounced back to Ottawa office. Today, when I called agency, who collected my fingerprints stating that the mailing address is wrong, hence I did not receive any record at my mailbox, then they just advised that you may need to re-do the procedure and pay again for the service.

Has anyone been through this situation before?

Please guide me on what should I do to get the report?
