received the nomination certificate in November....what now

I recd the certificate in November,2008.,Under AINP H1B program. In DEC I recd a letter from CIC that they have recd the certificate from ALberta, Send CIC in writing that whether I want to continue my application in Federal worker catogory or under AINP! without paying any fees. also send IMM 0008 form. Which I filled and sent letter in DEC itself. I have the file number from CIC earlier for FW category.
Now In January i recd a package from AINP to fill out and send payment.
When I look in my CIC on line account it says Application(S).
What do you think I should do? Send another file or wait for the response from CIC. My H1 is expiring in April 2009.....Please help...

Withdraw the FSW because It will give you less formalities like IELTS, FUNDS and go for PNP one. Also under AINP you have less chances to get visa interview and deal with redneck Visa officer, but under FSW you have more chances that you get interview and get rejected on basis of redneck's discretion. I have heared about certain cases where eveything was great but under interview the visa officer was not convinced and and applicant was ruined

Is it fact To receive a certificate of nomination: approximately 40-60 working days after receiving your file number (approximately one month) will this is the procedure or will take less time.
