Received PR card 2 months ago, but CIC portal still says submitted.

Hey guys,

So, I received my PR card about two months ago. However, on the CIC portal, it still says Submitted. I already applied for my health insurance, drivers license and SIN with my PR Card. I sent a message to IRCC a month ago, but no reply yet. Should I press this further?
