Received PPR for only my dad but he’s the secondary applicant and no attachment or instructions included in the email.

We got an email requesting my dad ( he’s the secondary applicant) to send his passport and I just checked the status online and it only updated today that medical has been passed.

So what’s next? Wondering why my mom (primary applicant) didn’t get the same request. And the email doesn’t include any details on how to send the passport.

Anyone experience same thing?
