Received PPR but no update in tracker. Background and Eligibility still in process.

Hi,
My wife and me applied for Study and SOWP together under SDS on 25th Oct.
We received ppr and our medical is updated however it is still showing in progress for background verification and eligibility. Final decison is saying it is approved but Status is showing in progress.
Also Tracker not updated details of study permit and SOWP.
Is our visa approved?

There are a couple different possibilities. Your SP and OWP have actually been approved very quickly and the tracker hasn't been updated to reflect the items all being completed. You have the PPR letters I presume?

The other one is that the PPR was sent in error and your app hasn't been completed yet. We have seen that happen on a number of occasions.

If you have the PPR letter I suggest you follow the instructions and submit them because you might not be able to get confirmation using a web form or trying to contact your LVO in the time required to submit the PP's. If it was sent in error they will return the PP to you.

Yes we have PPR's and we got appointment of Tuesday 14th nov to submit our passports at VAC.

Yes We did recieve it back in a week after submitting
