I’m at a situation where I received my Pprtal 1 email on October 11 and replied to that email stating I’m inside Canada, however now I have an emergency situation to travel so on October 19 replied back on same portal 1 email stating I have travel plans and raised a web form on October 16 as well. Inspite of that I received my portal email 2 yesterday(oct 20) so I called IRCC agent and they advised reply to that email and say that you have travel plans, I did that as well. My question will officer be sending any acknowledgement/ response to my email? And I also see Copr expiry date on my IRCC tracker this is showing from the day when they sent my portal 1 email. I just want to make sure I’m on safer side to travel and return back to Canada. Kindly advise. Thank you very much for the help!!
