Hi,
I just wanted to write this to give hope and less worry to everyone and help others establish a timeline.
My timeline:
Application submitted: May 9 2020 - NON SDS
Biometrics Request Letter : May 10 2020 - Due to COVID 19 I was not able to give biometrics till December
AIP - August 13th
Medical also updated on August 13th
Biometrics appointment webfrom requested on November 28th - Reference number around 1.5 lakh
Biometrics appointment - 11th December
Biometrics Validity Letter - 15th December
Original Passport Request Letter - 16th December

I just wanted to say this process was very tedious and I also I had not declared my pervious US visa refusal and got my AIP and started studying from India after paying all my fees and the university had a No refund policy therefore I was really sacred by everything worked out in the end. So even if you are on AIP and studying don't be stressing out too much everything will work out

Wow! Didn't declare your previous US visa refusal, and still got approved? You're such a lucky guy! That was a very huge unnecessary risk you took, man.

Hearty congratulations!

I hope this risk doesn't come back to bite them for subsequent applications, especially for PR!

i cant believe it, someone not declaring usa visa refusal is mis-representation - this will ripple back on future applications.
