Hi everyone,
I am currently abroad for professional reasons. I received my P1 late last week and intent to answer today (within 7 day window).
I will be abroad until late May, at which point, I will be coming back to Canada.
I will be leaving again mid June until late June.
How to best navigate this? Is the procedure below appropriate? I've received very conflicting info from IRCC, a lawyer, online.
Edit: alternatively, should I simply answer P1 saying I am out of the country until end of June?

- Answer P1 letting IRCC know I am abroad until end of May, attach flight info.
- Upon my return to Canada in late May, answer the original P1 informing IRCC of my return.
- Await the reception of P2 - let's say this takes a week.
- Receive P2 whilst still in Canada, inform IRCC that I will be travelling from mid June to end of June OR that I will be out of Canada until late June. At this point, should I set up my online account/submit my photo? I have been advised not to
- Upon my return in late June, email back original P2 that I am back on Canadian ground and then fill out portal.
- Stay in Canada until I receive eCOPR.
