Received Ontario PNP in February. Just checked it. Can I still apply?

Hi,

Asking for a friend.

She just noticed that she has a letter of interest from Ontario for their PNP program. But that letter was sent to her in February and she got no notification in her email that something was sent to her.

Can she still apply for it?

Also, does accepting the PNP void her existing EE application?
