I have a friend who worked in Nova Scotia, Canada for 3 years as a transport truck driver. He applied for the Nova Scotia PNP Express Entry program, received his nomination and submitted all of the necessary documents and was waiting for his medical exam. Because of the pandemic, the officers were closed so he couldn't get his exam.
His job offer just expired December 2020 and went back to Mexico -- but his work permit is still valid till September of this year. Can he still get his medical exam? How can he let them know because of the massive delay of the pandemic, that he was unable to get the medical exam?
Keep in mind his job offer expired. Technically he could've gotten his medical exam way before his job offer expired but because of the pandemic - it delayed things.
Please let me know, thank you kindly!
