Need an advise!
My work permit expired on 2nd June, 2024 and then I changed my status to visitor. So technically now I have visitor status and recently I received a NOI from OINP through express entry.
my question is:
1) should I accept the invitation based on my legal stay as a visitor.
2) if I submit visitor record for my status in Canada alongside my expired work permit to back my legal work experience, would OINP accept it?
3) or should I ignore it and wait for the EE ITA.
