Received notice that PR photos aren’t to specification post-landing

Hey there - my wife received notice that her PR card can’t be issued because her photos aren’t to specification. We are getting new photos ASAP, but I was wondering, do we have to snail-mail the photos in, or can they be sent via courier?

My husband had a similar situation in November of 2020 and it took a long time once we got the new photos back to them to send his PR card. There was no option at that time except snail mail to send pics to Immigration Canada, however, things may have changed by now.

We landed on Oct. 26th, 2020 and sent the pics the day after they asked for them but didn't get his PR card until February 10th, 2021. Good luck to you.
