Hello All,
I received NOI from Ontario on October 27, 2021 as part of their tech draw as I was in the range 455-467. I also have a job offer from Canada and for which I received a positive LMIA on November 1, 2021 (under GTS). I should update the profile, then my CRS would become 514. Would it be okay, to update the express entry profile and change this score in OINP profile (OINP also asks for CRS).
Because if this LMIA approval had came before the tech draw, I won't have qualified for their higher cut-off. But since I received it on Nov 1 (LMIA document has date and everything), it should be okay right? Can they take back the NOI after issuing it?
The thing is I am also using my job offer to establish ties with Ontario. I also updated the LMIA number there.
