Hello,
My current CRS is 488. Today I received NOI from OINP for HCP stream. Given that EE's CRS cutoff has been steadily declining, being the last ones 500, 496, 494, and 491, should I go through the process of applying for OINP's HCP stream (long process, costs $1,500 CAD) or am I comfortable enough to just wait for one or two draws? I will be 30 years old next May, so I will lose 5 points if I haven't been invited by then.
Thanks in advance.
