Received NOI for AINP on 21/09/2021, waiting for the link to apply

I have received an NOI from Alberta on 21 Sept and even after responding to it the next day, haven't heard back from them yet. Per the official website, I should've got a link to create a profile on the AINP portal but haven't got one yet. Anybody else waiting for the link to apply and if somebody can help, how much time does it take to get it? Should I be worried that even after getting an NOI, they may not send a link to apply? When I say "apply", I don't mean getting a nomination but what I do is a link to create a profile on the AINP portal.
