I just received the invitation to apply under FSW program. I applied within Canada but my experience is < 1 year in Canada, so I possibly have to show proof of funds. My question is - if I started working full time in the past 6 months and I have current balance as the minimum amount required, will the average of 6 matter? Because my average is turning out to be less than the minimum required.

Yup you will need to show proof of funds if you aren't under CEC program (if you have less than a year of experience in Canada). I am not sure how strict they are with the 6 month average... my bank wouldn't supply this information so I attached 6 months of bank statements but I did not have the minimum funds throughout that time, I saved up. This is my experience but I'm still waiting for PR
