Received Medical Request for spouse

HI ,

I am in Canada from Last September and i submitted all documents related to experience and paystub etc to IRCC. Recently i have received the request to submit medical for my spouse.

When we are filling questionnaire for medical it's giving me below options. I am not sure which one to select. Can anyone help.

PR Sponsorship IME ( Parent, Spousal or child)
Other
Work permit extension
PR express Entry- Worker
PR express entry- Visitor
PR express Entry - Student.

I think I should select Other and mention the IME number there

Select PR sponsorship and include your IME number stated in your medical form
