how do you say so ??
please explain
Many, many reasons.

The letter is badly written.

A real job offer from Canada would never look this way and a real employer would never take you through the hiring process in this way.

A real employer with a company this size would also never be using a gmail address.

The company doesn't exist.

We've seen this specific scam on this forum several times before.

Don't give them any money or personal information.

Halfib Construction does not even exist as a real company in Canada.

Also, no real employer would ever require a new employee to pay any kind of fees upfront for employment. If they say you will be responsible for your own travel visa fee, or any other fee listed above, even if they say they will reimburse you once the job commences, this tells you that it is a scam and that there is no real job. And if a person contacting you about employment is using a free webmail email address like Gmail, Yahoo, Hotmail, AOL, Outlook, etc, while stating they are contacting you from a real company, then this confirms immediately that it is a scam.

If you are asked to pay any up-front fees for employment via Western Union, Ria Money Transfer, MoneyGram, World Remit, Cash Express, Al Ansari Exchange, Express Money, via a currency exchange service, via any other form of online electronic payment service, or via a bank to bank transfer to someone’s personal bank account, then this is another clear indication that it a scam. If any real company is really requesting a payment for anything then they would ask for the funds to be transferred via a bank to bank transfer to their official company bank account only.

Also, no real employer ever hires anyone for a job without a personal, face to face interview. If the so-called employer does not require a job interview, or only requires an online email exchange, messaging chat or telephone call as a means of conducting a job interview, then it is always a scam. No real employer offers anyone a job based only upon a resume (CV) to be sent via email and/or past work experience alone. So these kinds of job offers that do not require a real, live interview are always a scam.
