received ITA, what to do about OOPNP application in process

hi guys,
thank you for your help in advance.
i got invitation around 10 pm ET, my score is 466.
my question is: i already submitted my OOPNP application 4 weeks ago, but haven't got AOR, and bank draft has n't been cashed(bank says it's outstanding). Since I got invitation already, can I go back to the bank to stop payment on that bank draft for PNP? and i will tell PNP to withdraw my application.

Check with your bank about the formalities involved in cancelling the draft. After you cancel the draft and get your monies, you can inform MCIIT about your lack of interest in continuing with the OOPNP application.
