Received ITA on feb 12 2021, my EE profile in which I mentioned a 1 year of work experience in my previous job although I have only worked for 11months in the first job but 3 months of experience in the current job.So, my query is, will my PR process be affected if I update my work experience now? Or do I need to decline my invitation???

If you're talking about Canadian experience you can add multiple experiences to complete de 1 year requirement.
