Received ITA from New Brunswick - Did not attend info-session

Hello,

I submitted EOI to New Brunswick's Provincial Nominee Program when they opened for NOC 2171/2281.

I knew one of the requirements was that we should have attended Info-Session in the last 2 years but I still sent the EOI anyway. I just placed NA where it asked if I was able to attend. I figured might as well take a chance since info-sessions is difficult to catch.

Sent the EOI on January 31, 2018, and I received ITA March 22, 2018.

Does anyone know of previous instances where this happened?

I just took a chance based on this article I read. I fit under the "Third Priority" applicants: http://www.canadaexpressentry.org/provincial-nominee-program/new-brunswick.php

Hello Guys, can someone advice, I have a friend that applied for NB info session in Dubai for September 2018, but has just realized the Noc he
applied is in level C. the question is, can he change and use another NOC to apply for the same Dubai session?.

When did you send EOI?
did you send it when they opened intake for nominations from the sessions?
