I posted my questions and thanks none answered/replied to them.
Reposting them with hope someone will reply :

1. I got ITA and claimed spouse work experience points. Now, i don't want to claim due to lack of documents and calculated points without that claim.I'm still within the points for that specific draw. Do i need to reject or go ahead ?? (I have 459,reduced 5 for spouse Work exp. so 454 and last draw is 453 so hopefully i am good.)

2. I have claimed 18k in EE profile but i don't have that much amount now.Can i reduce the amount to whatever i have while filling the application with proofs??

3. For my foreign work experience and canadian work experience,I have single letter stating that I a, working for the firm from 2005 and deputed to canada in 2011-2013 etc. DOes this cover both my foreign and canada experience. I have two places to upload this so can i upload the same experience letter for both??

4. Irrespective of all these if i decline the ITA, is it sure that i will be invited in next draw???
5. Did this happened to anyone like ITA sent other than the day of draw. Ex: If someone submitted today their EE and points are way more than current or previous draws. they get instant ITA.

Please respond and i will be thankful.
I guess after the ITA you need to show them the documents with sufficient proofs of what you had declared in your express entry profile. Please redirect yourself to the declaration you sign after you upload your EE profile. "the information I have provided is true and that the documents I am submitting in support of my application are genuine and have not been altered in any way."

And my suggestion would be to decline ITA if you dont have any sufficient proofs of whatever you ve declared in you profile otherwise they might make you inadmissible to canada for 5 years.

Or the other wayout is if you have some documents that prove your spouse s work experience, it doesnt matter if they arent in proper format CEC requires them to be, CEC will not award you points for them. In that scenario, if you qualify without those points, you will go through.
But lack of documents is a serious trouble as it clearly indicates gap in what you ve declared and what you have.
Genuine advice: decline ITA, reapply with what you have. Best of luck
