Received email for Medical examination. Couldnt respond back in 60 days.

Hello,

I got the medical examination request from CIC office in December 2014.
Somehow i missed this email.
I am just looking at the email today ( March 3rd 2015). 60 days have already gone by.
Please suggest what can i do at this point.

Kindly contact your visa office explaining to them why you couldn't respond to them within the timeframe. You should show evidence to surport your reason.

I missed the email. plain and simple. I was travelling outside the country when i received the email.

I was back by Dec end. Its just i never looked at previous emails.
