Received eCoPR, What About Dependent?

This week I received my eCoPR, which lists a dependent, who was included on my SCLPC application.
I have submitted my photo through the PR Portal, and expect a PR card through regular mail soon per emails from IRCC.

What is the process to obtain a PR card for the dependent?
