Received DM but no PPR

Hi everyone,

My application was received on "Feb 11 2019"
I have received pre-arrival mail and decision made on '27 Aug 2019' and no PPR yet. It's been more than 4 MONTHS

It is showing 90% complete
and 38 days. I don't understand why it's getting delayed. Can anyone help me on this.

You can email your vo or submit a webform asking for an update. Check you junk mail to ensure nothing was missed. I would prob also call the call center to see if there was a communication sent
