Hi, I have my CoPR, While filling my DS 160 (for my H4 stamping in Canada), I am planning to put
"YES: Are you a permanent resident of a country/region other than your country/region of origin (nationality) indicated above?" for this question, I am putting
"NO: Are you traveling from another country to apply for a U.S. visa in Canada? "
For 'Home Address' I am planning to put my current residence address (US), will it be ok?

There's a long waiting list for getting US visa interview in Canada. Might be faster in your country, just saying.
