I have a question, please help. I was approved for express entry and receive my Confirmation of Permanent Residency, I didn't think it would come through so soon after I submitted all my documents. I had a trip booked to Canada in October on my visiting visa but I am not ready to migrate as yet. Can I go without having to go through the processing for the Permanent Residency Card?

Yes you can. When you get to the immigration officer just show them them the visitor visa (flip to that page). If for some reason they see the PR visa you just explain to them your situation. The PR visa and COPR have a expiry date, as long as you land before that date it would be fine.

Land as PR and tell them you will collect your PR card after coming back or give you relative address to send the card. And go back to your country(or any place) when you want to move back apply for PRTD or if you have US visa(C1 or B1/B2) travel to USA in flight and hire a vehicle to cross border and show your COPR to enter. You will be fine.
