Received by Visa Office

i checked my status on the internet and it shows "Received by Visa Office"

that's mean they start process my Application or not yet ?

It means that your file has been transfered from CIO to your VO. Your supporting documents have also been received by your VO

Received by Visa Office means that your application has been received savely but not been process. Wait until your status change to in- process which means Visa Office start processing your application.
