Applied for Student Visa for Sept 2020 intake on February 13, 2020 from Singapore with upfront medical and Received Bio-metrics Correspondence Letter on April 8, 2020.
1. Can I consider they have made a decision on my application?
2. When Can I expect the result?
3. Usually the result should be the next day after Bio-metrics Correspondence Letter right?
4. Expertise please help to address my queries. Thanks in advance.

1. Application Date Received: February 13, 2020
2. Biometrics - February 17, 2020:Completed.
3. Latest update: Review of medical results - February 27, 2020:You passed the medical exam.
4. We are reviewing whether you meet the eligibility requirements.
5. We are processing your background check. We will send you a message if we need more information.
6. Your application is in progress. We will send you a message once the final decision has been made.

my approval letter for trv came just after correspondence letter .but many other people got approval or refusal some time next day some time after a week etc

is singapore canadian embassy open a d working ?

Not very sure, But I received an update on 8th of this month after 2 months, which means they are working on applications. Singapore is not completely locked-down. Essential services are still open and the rest are working remotely.
