Received Biomatric Letter Need help Regding Appointmentshould I go straight wa

I did apply my TRV 20th January 2017 , and today got request letter for my biomatric.

Should I need to book appointment or should go straight way.
The Vac center in Lahore, pakistan.
Any body have any idea, I will be thankful
