Received an ITA under CEC. looking for guidance

Hi Everyone,
I would like to inform all of you that, today (June 08,2023 ), I have received the mail saying that I have been invited to apply for PR under CEC. I have couple of questions.

1. I have applied India PCC applied yesterday through BLS and according to BLS, it takes minimum of 8 weeks. however, I should apply my PR application before 08/08/2023. So, it seems there is a good chance that my PCC may be delayed and I understand that there is something called LOE. MY question is what is the chance that IRCC accept LOE as a genuine reason for delay? if they do accept it, how long IRCC will wait before cancelling my ITA ?
2. please guide me if I have to take any more precautions .

You would need to wait for at least 7 weeks to see if you don't get the PCC and then think of LOE. Please be mindful, that LOE doesn't guarantee that your application will be accepted or rejected, it depends on the case officer who is reviewing your application. Generally people get PCC within 4-6 weeks, there is a thead with name PCC Toronto, check that.
