Hello,
Background: I have received ITA on 106th draw pleased about it. The way I got, it was as that my wife will not accompany me, so my score was above 445. Now the situation has changed, and my wife can accompany me to Canada thus I want to add her to profile. She will be attempting her IELTS on Jan 19th, and her education evaluation is in progress by WES(they received the docs on 11/30). Assuming everything will go okay, we will be very close to the submission date of 2/11.
Question: Is it possible that I accept my current ITA and my wife's IELTS result and ECA comes in the time that keeps us above the cutoff before the deadline, I can still qualify? I will make sure I have all the documentation ready for my wife as well as mine till the cutoff date. I just wanted to make sure that adding her post-ITA should not cause any problem.
Another Question: just in case my wife's IELTS score is not enough to maintain CRS cutoff, can I decline after accepting?
