Have you done medicals yet? You need to send CSE to VO for clarification.

I got mine by an email and had done it!

Yes, man!!!

You can send them an email in order to correct their mistake!!
As they send PPRs for many people in the same time , may be they sent yours to another person and youve got his / her request!!
Just send them an email with your correct file number and your full name and ask them to send u the correct PPR and docs forms!
