to my knowledge, you will only submit the complete application package once you receive the nomination certificate. the original nomination certificate has to be attached to the application. did you receive the AOR from CIC-Buffalo?

To kaisantori,

If you are submitting your application to Buffalo, go online and look for the Buffalo checklist. It will tell you what documents to send.
This is a list of what I sent.

Updated Forms -(1MM 0008):
· Schedule 1 ; Background Declaration
· Schedule 4: Updated by principal applicant
· Additional Family Information
· Use of a representative

It's because i applied for permanent residence as a skilled worker first. then when i got a permanent position, that's the time i applied for AINP.

Did you also submit a federal skilled worker application prior to the stuff that you listed above? i'm asking because those are most of the stuff that i submitted when i applied for permanent residency via federal skilled worker. i applied for AINP to speed up the process of my federal application...

From my understanding, you have to submit a new application kit to CIC as you are applying to a diffrent category.CIC will process the two simutenously or as per their quotas, they will then decide when to merge the two ,or rather advice you which application to withdraw.

ok. thank you very much. for my ielts result, is it okay if i just give them a photocopy of the result?
