I applied extension of TRV in December 2018 for my mother-in-law and received a letter in January 29th asking us to undergo medicals. Also On January 31st we received an email saying its approved but on a condition to undergo medicals.
As per them I understand that my mother-in-law has to undergo medicals as per their letter but my question is we are leaving to India on March 15th and she will not be returning back sooner.
Do we need to still undergo Medicals checkup which costs around 400$$?? Ass they have given 30 days time to undergo medicals, we are still good till February 28th. Just for another 15 days do we really need to under go medicals??
Has anyone else ended up in same situation??
I sent an email to them explaining the same situation but I have not received any response from them. I am not sure if they will send a response through email. Are there any other channels to connect with CIC ??
