Received a letter from Buffalo office

Hi All,
I had applied for PR under FSW back in May 2008 to Buffalo office and my NOC was in the list.
Now I have moved back to India and had updated my address.

I received a letter stating that they have completed Initial analysis and I may have to attend an interview in Buffalo.
Can anyone please let me know if this is normal?

Also will they request the additional docs and medical report before the interview or is it after the interview?
I need this to plan my ivsa for US.

First Interview then Medical, sometimes at the time of interview they will give you the Medical papers if you succeed.

How had u informed the buffalo office of your change in address?

BY email ? or by a written letter mailed to them?

Rahul,
I had written a letter stating that I am going back to my country and filled the new address on the back side of AOR form.
I am thinking of writing to them again and asking to change the venue of the interview as I am in India now.

Can anyone suggest if they will agree to this?
