You only get the file transfer email after the Sponsor Approval decision is made. Ours was 18 days after the AOR from CPC-M.

how many AOR they sent actually and on what stages does any one know ??????? please let me know me and my hubby ( sponsor and applicant) both got AOR. Not sure what is going on
