I have submitted my PR card for renewal in Oct, 2013. Have issued it in 2008 though. Because of my high school studies I landed in Canada in June 2012. And it got expired in August 2013. The problem is neither on my PR card nor on my sister's PR card there is a last name. I mean we just have first names on the card. They told me to fill another form (Request To Amend The Record Of Landing {IMM 1000}, Confirmation Of Permanent Residence {IMM 5292 or IMM 5688 or Valid Temporary Resident Documents). So, now I wanna know what exactly should I write under ''Reasons for requesting the amendment''? I wrote the reason but I just covered up in 3 lines. But again they have send me back my documents saying these reasons aren't enough for the procedure of renewing the PR card. :'(
Can anyone please help me out with my this complicated problem? Please!
