:) Hi to all,
I was reading this page since I started applying to Canada.
My future employer submitted her LMO application February 13, 2012, the HRSDC requested for missing documents 2 days after submission. She recieved the call yesterday telling that she will be going to recieved a copy of the LMO, and the HRSDC told her that a copy of it should be send to me . Is this means, she pass the interview or got a positive LMO? We are both worried. How long will it take us to wait for the LMO to come through mail?
thanks a lot. is there any reasons for the employers to fail for the phone interview from HRSDC? thanks

If they are telling the employer to send a copy to you then it's likely approved. You wouldn't need a copy of a refusal.

HI,

If it happened to be an approved LMO then you are very lucky then. :) 2 weeks of processing compared with the average is 12 to 14 weeks.

They normally fax them but if they mail it, 2 to 3 days for it to reach the employer.

:) i've got an email today from my future employer telling that she recieved the positive Lmo already. thanks God so quick. She is from Ontario. They say, Lmo will be process very quickly once being advertised first before applying for LMO. Just a matter of days.
Still have some worries because its just the LMO, work permit not yet done.
Hope everything will be ok.
More prayers.

Hi Sweety79,

As long as you receive a copy of your LMO, contract and Visa, you can travel to Canada. Your WP will be posted/issued by a Visa Officer in your designated POE.

Congratulations and Good luck :)

@sweety79

I'm sorry I didn't get it. Could you please briefly tell us your story with the dates please? Like for eg. the date on which you sent the application, date on which application was received, NOC code, approval date, place from where applied etc. This is crucial info and could lead to many conclusions. Please and thanks,
