I wonder that my visa has been refused due to the family ties in Canada though I didn’t said that through my application and I didn’t have at all. What should I do? I think he did not even go through my application!!!

It's very hard to make anything. There are so many strange ways people have been refused. Requesting GCMS notes may be helpful. Here are a few websites offering this service.
easygcms.com, ycicanada.ca, getgmcs.com, visafile.info and more (not an endorsement). Google can guide you if you don't already know.

The refusal reason is actually "family ties in your country of residence and in Canada," and is a generic reason that can mean you don't have enough ties at home.

Yes you are right. But I did not say that I have a family ties in Canada. And all my family are in my country.]
You didn't have enough ties to your home country, or you didn't explain them well enough. They're not concerned about family ties in Canada - they believe you don't have enough ties to your home country to make you leave Canada at the end of your visit.
