Reason i am stating in sop is right....??????

as I have completed my senior secondary education through the medical stream but now I am not interested in it and decided to study DIPLOMA in business management in Canada, I have got my offer letter and now I am preparing my SOP.
so in SOP, I am writing about the grocery business which my father and uncle runs, due which I got inspired to run a business which they started 1 year ago, but the property is at the name of my grandfather. so can I mention the business or do I need any proof of business to attach with SOP????? OR CAN SIMPLY MENTION THE BUSINESS.
I WILL BE VERY THANKFUL IF ANYONE REPLY WITH PROFESSIONAL ADVICE!!!!!!!

To start off with... I think visas for Diplomas are quite difficult to get. I say that even though I'm not sure exactly what level of education you've already completed. Secondly, by writing about your father's and Uncle's business in your SOP you are not exhibiting strong ties to your home country. Please attach a translated copy of proof of your family's (father's or mother's) assets.

Are you applying though a consultant and did they propose the diploma program?

yes, I am applying through a consultant and they only have proposed the course.
Actually, there is no property at the name of my father or mother but at the name of my grandfather or grandmother.
And I have just completed my class 12th through the medical stream.

Your consultant is getting paid by the school to recommend it to you. It's a poor choice and you're just wasting your money.

but it is a renowned agency and they have multiple VISA on the same profile.

I promise you.... The consultant that is proposing this approach has different goals than yours. He wants your money and not a study permit for you. Please apply for a bachelor's degree not a diploma. You need to show liquid (cash) funds in an account that is in your father's or mother's name (preferably). Submit your grandparents assets and clarify in your SOP how this is managed.

They have made my GIC account in which I have appropriate money as required .
