Hello everyone! Myself madhu.. My hubby is in Canada on his student visa.. He went there in 2013 and i applied for an open work permit on July 8 2014 but it got refused on this reasons:
1)travel history
2)family ties in Canada and in home country.
3)financial status and personal assets
4)employment status.
Therefore again I applied for an visitor visa on november 3rd with all the documents rrequired and made corrections for above said refusal reasons even then my applicatn got refused... Reasons were:
1)travel history
2)financial status and personal assets
3)purpose of visit
4) length of stay
I clearly mentioned I would like to visit my husband to celebrate Christmas n new year together and duration was one month.

Even after facing two refusals I didn't loose my hopes n confidence .. Again I applied for a visitor visa on 25 November with a clear covering letter explaining him the reasons for which he refused....
even then it got refused!! and again the reasons were
purpose of visit

travel history

financial status and personal assets

i really didnt understand what is wrong in my application..

Job Offer........
Pre-Assessed..
I didnt read your post in details but if you been refused 3 times already I am afraid you are wasting money and time by applying 4th time, not to mention all the disappointments. Sorry.

Sure you can, but it doesnt mean you will get it. I doubt it increase your chances either after 3 refusals.

Dear Friend,

I have seen problem in your Fixed Deposit receipt. I think and hope you made this fixed deposit recently that's why officer does not believe you.
(Own Bank Statement of Fixed deposit of Aproxx 15,000 CAD)

Thanks

Hi canv,

One of my uncle suggested me to apply student visa for US(Boston).. So that at least my hubby can come to meet me during his weekends...
His opinion is ..its waste of applying student visa for Canada again as vo may take u completely wrong and feel no genuineness..

What do u say?is that a good idea?

But I have FD in my bank account since July 2014..I think which is okay when I again reapplied in December..
But whatever may b the case. .my trv application became clumpsy and complicated ...

I have no further intention of applying a trv again..as I said above..does this US student visa works out??
