Reapplying online for Canada visit Visa

Hi all respected,

My TRV refused today and now I have two question to reapply.

1 - Can I use the same created online account for reapplying as I did for the first time or I need to create another one?

2 - As I have given bio metrics first time and am I supposed to do it again and if it YES but the expiry date is written 10 years in my online application so why to do it again?

What passport do you hold? When did you previously apply?


A word of advice:
Do NOT reapply immediately without fully understanding why you were refused. Also, your understanding of the refusal reasons might not be the same as what the visa officer would like to see in your new application

Following reasons were mentioned; and I don't know weather they are the real reasons or not because they were marked in the checklist

1 - You have not satisfied me that you would leave Canada at the end of your stay as a temporary
resident
2- Family ties in Canada and in country of residence
3- Purpose of visit

1. What is the purpose of your visit and for how long?
Answer - My purpose of visit is to go on TRV Visa and visit my aunty her family and be with them for sometimes and two moths were mentioned but no details about daily/weekly plan.

2. Do you have a Canadian host? If yes, how is s/he related to you?
Answer - Yes I have Canadian host as Canadian citizenship and she is my aunt (my mom sister)

3. Do post the list of documents that you submitted

• Checklist
• Family information form
• Application form
• Good performance letter from my office as supporting document where I mentioned that there is upcoming opportunity in my office so I need to return back to my home country to grab it.
• Bank statement having more than 8k Can dollars
• Pay slip of six months from my office
• Employment certificate
• Employment status certificate of my aunt where her annual salary around 75,000 USD is mentioned
• in Proof of relationship both my mom and aunt passports where their surnames are the same but no father names in passports.
• Purpose of travel letter where I had mentioned about why I am going and also my returning back to my home country.
• Digital phone
