I applied 1st time in 17th may, 17 from UAE ( resident here; Bangladeshi passport), and received refusal after 2 month. I need to take PEBC exam ( what i was intented to take on july, 17) on january,18. So going to reapply with all the reasons ( I got refused for) explained with proof. Do i need to submit cover letter and explanation letter seperately? Can anyone plz give a sample explanation letter mentioning about employment history, country tie, travel history, itinirary, travel history ? Those were the reason for my refusal actualy. I left job last November, 17 to take prep for pharmacist licensing exam in canada, so as of now i am not employed ; how to explain that? plz need urgent help. would realy appreciate . TIA

So if you became a licensed pharmacist in Canada why would you leave. You yourself said your unemployed and now want to become a licensed pharmacist in Canada I don’t see how you can prove your ties to your country strong enough to get a trv.

One needs to take evaluation exam, OSCE and MCQ; these are three separate exams with an interval of 6 month each (exams happen every 6 month & one needs at least 18 month to pass all even in 1st try ( not at all common scenario); after passing al these then you will have to take jurisprudential tests and many other formalities--- in all this is a way long process to have the license there or anywhere else. So taking the 1st exam and even passing it doesn't leave an option to stay there except as a refugee where I have settled life in UAE. I wrote in my explanation letter only in case of passing all xms, achieving license and a job offer. I would give a thought to relocate may be after years. I showed all my accounts, savings, house contracts, my husbands job certificate, my experience letters, my properties n all along with my Canada contacts with invitation letter, family contacts in UAE. don't know if that would satisfy VO. if that is the concern how could international applicants even take the exams? I literally am taking these exams leaving my job for utilizing my pregnancy time and to make it a step ahead on my career so that I don't live jobless if I relocate there later on.
