I was refused a student visa application based on my declaration signature not matching to the one in my Passport.
I followed the instructions to contest the decision and since I couldn't upload any more documents electronically on the Arrima platform I was told to Mail my claims which I did.
Q1. How long does it take for my claims to be reviewed?
Q2. How do I reapply? I don't have a problem paying the application fees
