Reapplying for SOWP or Visitor Visa After Refusal - Advice Needed

Hi everyone,

I’m looking for some advice on reapplying for my wife’s visa as she is not in Canada. Here’s my situation:

• I applied for my wife’s SOWP (Spousal Open Work Permit) while I was on a student permit, but it got refused.
• Now, I am on a valid work permit and have also applied for Permanent Residency (PR) under the PNP, with my wife included in the PR application.
• I am currently working as an Uber driver in Ontario.
• I am considering reapplying for either a Spousal Open Work Permit or a Visitor Visa for my wife.

Which option would be more advisable in this situation? Should I reapply for the SOWP now that my circumstances have changed, or would applying for a Visitor Visa be a better route for her to join me temporarily while we wait for the PR decision? Any advice or similar experiences would be greatly appreciated!
