Me and my husband had applied for a TRV in August 2010 so he could be present for the birth of our daughter in Dec. Unfortunately his application was refused and unclear to us as we provided all required documents. Reasons for unsatisfaction to this particular officer, besides the usual they dont think he would have returned to his Mother county but they doubted the purpose of the visit, travel hiostory, family ties in Canada and in his country of residence, current employment situation and personal assets and financial status. As I mentionned to you all required evidence to support his entry was there. Now we are reapplying and the birth is right around the corner in December, my question is in our new application should we state the reasons from the previous refusal and if so should I provide explanations to each point such as purpose of vist (which was very clear ) to be present for the birth of our first child and we had provided ultrasound photo and letter from the doctor. Help, my due date is right around the corner and I wasnt my husband by my side, he has full intentions on returning to Jamaica. He does own a home in reputable neighborhood which confuses me when they mention that his financial assets were unsatisfactory. This time around my father and his wife have provide us with a invitation/guarantor letter and statements from income to hopefully help u with this matter. Any tips for us ??? Thank you
