Reapply for visitors visa

Hi I applied for my mom for visitors visa in 2013 and they refuse to give her because they r not sure she gonna leave at the end of her visit and Financial not enough for the stay (it was our mistakes we didn't provide any bank statements to show we r the one will cover the trip cost) I'm planning to apply for her 2 times to spend last week of Ramadan and stay for the Eid around 30-45 days I wanna ask what paper should add to the application to support like I bank statements and how much money should we show to cover her visit. My husband has like a secure line of credit around 200000$ is that helpful to attach to the application?

Your post is not clear.

1. When did your mom apply? What were the refusal reasons as stated in the refusal letter?

2. What was the purpose of her visit?

3. Documents she submitted?

4. Your finances as the host is secondary.

5. Your mom must demonstrate that she has the finances to pay for her visit + strong reasons to return to her home country. What can she provide for this?

The reason she wants to visit I was pregnant and I want her to come to help me
She submits bank statement for herself and the house ownership and all the other paper
But I'm the one who will pay for her trip she doesn't work or have any saving money
And my dad and brother will stay back home she should return to her family

The last time she applied my dad was working in Oman and live there and my mom was travel for visit to oman but now my mom and dad living in
Lebanon .
