I got refusal on 26 august and i reapplied on 2 sept. Is there anybudy who reapplied for sept. Intake (Under NoN sds)

You should apply for GCSM notes for a start as this will give you clear reasons why you were denied in the first place

Sounds like it's already too late as they've reapplied just a week later, which if anything shows desperation to the visa officer.
